462. Thomas Manley⁷ Ramsdell {Rev.} (Thomas⁶, John⁵, Samuel⁴, Samuel³, Daniel², Joseph¹) was born in Rutland, Rutland, VT 17 October 1821. Thomas died 2 December 1914 in Jefferson City, Marion, OR, at 93 years of age.

He married Lorilla Jane Caldwell 28 July 1847. Lorilla was born 18 October 1829 in New Castle, Virginia. Lorilla died 21 October 1894 in Jefferson City, Marion, OR, at 65 years of age. He arrived from Rutland Co, Vt; Arr Oregon December 1844; left Oregon for California September 1848 returned to Oregon March 1850; m Saurilla J. {another record says it could by Laurilla (Saurilla J. (I?)} 24 June 1847, Marion Co. Oregon. He taught school in Ohio before coming to the Oregon Territory in 1844. He was ordained as a minister in 1855, Yaquina City, Oregon.

Thomas Manley Ramsdell Rev. and Lorilla Jane Caldwell had the following children:

676 i. Mary Elizabeth⁸ Ramsdell was born in Lynn County, OR 30 December 1850. Mary died 1927 in Portland, Oregon, at 76 years of age. She married Cyrus Dixon 1869 in Oregon. Cyrus was born 1850. Cyrus died 1917 in Oregon, at 67 years of age.

+ 677 ii. David Barclay Ramsdell was born 22 May 1852.

678 iii. Margaret Cynthia Ramsdell was born in Salem, Marion, OR 2 March 1854. Margaret died 1902 in Portland, OR, at 48 years of age. She married Cyrus Edward Carr.

679 iv. Ann Cordelie Ramsdell was born in Gilem, Polk, OR 5 October 1855. Ann died 1922 at 66 years of age.

680 v. Laurilla Jane Ramsdell was born in Gillem, Polk, OR 30 June 1857. Laurilla died 21 January 1908 in Portland, OR, at 50 years of age.

+ 681 vi. Thomas Manley Ramsdell was born 28 June 1859.

682 vii. Oscar Colohill Ramsdell was born in Waldo Hills, OR 8 June 1862. Oscar died 14 August 1930 in Dallas, OR, at 68 years of age. He married Melvina King. Melvina died 22 January 1937.

683 viii. Anna May Ramsdell was born in Hood River, OR 20 May 1864. Anna died 29 December 1956 in Pendleton, OR, at 92 years of age. She married an unknown person 1882 in Sievert /Anderson/.

684 ix. John Andrew Ramsdell was born in Yaquina City, Lincoln, OR 16 July 1866. John died 7 May 1951 at 84 years of age.

685 x. Francis Carried Ramsdell was born in Yaquina City, Lincoln, OR 30 June 1868. Francis died 16 February 1910 at 41 years of age.

686 xi. Stall Ramsdell was born in Toledo, Lincoln, OR 6 July 1870.

687 xii. Oneatta Elenora Ramsdell was born in Yaquina City, Lincoln, OR 30 January 1872. Oneatta died 17 May 1902 at 30 years of age.

688 xiii. Agnes Ramsdell was born in Toledo, Lincoln, OR 30 March 1874. Agnes died 1877 in Washington Co., OR, at 3 years of age.
