138. Gideon⁶ Ramsdell (John⁵, Gideon⁴, Thomas³, Daniel², Joseph¹) was born About 1781. Gideon died in Ohio.

He married Sarah Underwood 12 March 1805 in Wardsboro, VT. He removed to Ohio sometime after 1830. He was still in Vermont in the 1830 census.

Gideon Ramsdell and Sarah Underwood had the following children:

338 i. Mary⁷ Ramsdell was born 30 May 1805.

339 ii. Alvin Ramsdell was born 26 Dec 1808. He married Nancy Miller 11 January 1838 in Trumbull, Ashtabula, OH.

340 iii. Eunice Ramsdell was born 10 Mar 1811.

341 iv. Asa Ramsdell was born 6 Nov 1813. He married Julia Ann Jones 14 February 1844 in Trumbull, Ashtabula, OH.

+ 342 v. Leland Ramsdell was born 12 JAN 1816.

+ 343 vi. Gideon Ramsdell was born 8 AUG 1818.

344 vii. Louisa Ramsdell was born 13 Sep 1821. She married Chester Hiscock 31 May 1838 in Trumbull, Ashtabula, OH.

345 viii. Franklin Ramsdell was born 30 Apr 1824. He married Elizabeth Jones 18 April 1850 in Henry, OH. They were living in Defiance, Defiance Co., Ohio in the 1850 Census.

346 ix. Sarah Ramsdell was born 11 May 1826.
