He married Tillie G. Johnston 18 August 1912 in Lubec, Washington, ME. Tillie was born 1891 in Bocabee, Nova Scotia, Canada. Tillie died 1956 in Lubec, Washington, ME, at 65 years of age. Her body was interred in Split Hill, Cemetery, Lubec, Maine.
