6. James⁶ Naylor (Joseph⁵, Charles⁴, James³, Joseph², George¹) was born in Leeds, Yorkshire, England 13 April 1846. James died 8 October 1898 in England, at 52 years of age. He married Sarah Jane Gell 3 August 1870. Sarah died 4 March 1914 in Birmingham, Warwickshire, England.

James Naylor and Sarah Ann Gell had the following children:

• 13 i. Grace Elizabeth⁷ Naylor was born 12 July 1871.

• + 14 ii. Annie Gell Naylor was born 12 July 1874.

• + 15 iii. Ernest Gell Naylor was born 23 March 1875.

• + 16 iv. Stephen George Naylor was born 26 December 1885.
