He married Elizabeth Josselyn 19 December 1765 in Pembroke, Plymouth, MA. Elizabeth was born 21 December 1746 in Pembroke, Plymouth, MA. Elizabeth died 13 May 1806 in Pembroke, Plymouth, MA, at 59 years of age.

Seth Cox and Elizabeth Josselyn had the following children:

96 i. Seth⁶ Cox {Jr.} was born in Pembroke, Plymouth, MA 30 July 1766. He married Mary Bremhall 8 November 1789 in Pembroke, Plymouth, MA.

97 ii. Enos Cox was born in Pembroke, Plymouth, MA 28 August 1771. He married twice. He married Lydia Nash 10 March 1799 in Abington, Plymouth, MA. He married Betsey Harden 1808 in Pembroke, Plymouth, MA.

+ 98 iii. Elizabeth Josselyn Cox was born 10 August 1774.
