She married Samuel Hill 4 February 1768 in Pembroke, Plymouth, MA. Samuel was born about 1745.

Lydia Ramsdell and Samuel Hill had the following children:

208 i. Samuel⁶ Hill was born in Pembroke, Plymouth, MA 24 August 1768.

209 ii. Richard Hill was born in Pembroke, Plymouth, MA 16 September 1769. Richard died 15 October 1817 in Hingham, Plymouth, MA, at 48 years of age.

210 iii. Phebe Hill was born 31 August 1773.
