24. Mildred Vida⁷ Naylor (William⁶, Joseph⁵, Charles⁴, James³, Joseph², George¹) was born 2:40am at 123 Putnam Ave in Brooklyn, NY, 29 January 1895. She married James Stephenson O'Higgins (aka Stephen O'Higgins) 8 March 1929 in Martinsville, NJ. James was born 31 July 1873 in London, Ontario, Canada, the son of Joseph and Isabella O'Higgins. James died 18 November 1959 at 86 years of age. They resided at 180 Newmans Lane, Bridgewater, NJ during the 1940 census when James was employed as a journalist.
