23. Atarah Eunice⁷ Naylor (William⁶, Joseph⁵, Charles⁴, James³, Joseph², George¹) was born at 7:10 am at 123 Putnam Avenue in Brooklyn, NY on 19 March 1898. She was baptized at the Church of the Incarnation, Brooklyn, NY on 15 Oct 1899 by Dr. J.J. Bacchus. She worked as a nurse and also enjoyed painting. Atarah died January 11, 1996 in Ft Walton Beach, FL at 97 years of age. She married Leon Block 1 September 1927. Leon was born about 1903 and died 31 Mar 1944 in Bronx, NY. He was a public school teacher.

Atarah Eunice Naylor and Leon Block had the following children:

• 39 i. Joan⁸ Block was born in Brooklyn, NY 15 May 1928. She married Delmar Janson.

• 40 ii. Carol Block was born in Brooklyn, NY 20 December 1929 and died 25 Dec 2002 in Denville, Morris, New Jersey. She married Freeman H. McMillan who was born 14 May 1922 and who died 11 Oct 1978 in Lincoln Park, Wayne, Michigan.
