He married Mary Ayers 1641 in of, Bristol, New Hampshire. Mary was born 1607 in England. Mary was the daughter of John Ayres and Hannah Mrs Ayres. Mary died 1676 in Ipswich, Essex, MA, at 69 years of age. Came in the Ship "Planter" in 1635 (age 24). He was a shoemaker. Will Probated 27 mar, 1677.

6202 x. Abigail Fellows was born in Ipswich, Essex, MA 1649. Abigail died 1714 at 65 years of age. She married Samuel Ayers 16 April 1677.
